Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be in their original condition:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • Tags attached and in their original packaging.
  3. Non-returnable items include:
    • Final sale items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Customized or made-to-order pieces.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@oldmoneyaesthetic.com with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • A brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back your items.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oldmoneyaesthetic.com with a description and photo evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
